What are Wombat’s Instant GIA Price Alerts, and how do they work?

With Wombat’s Price Alerts, we’ll send you a notification on the hour if the price of an asset you’ve invested in or added to your watchlist increases or decreases by 5% or more since market close, or since your last alert. Never miss an opportunity to buy, sell, or just track the movements of the companies you’re interested in.

To receive Price Alerts when an asset’s price fluctuates up or down by 5% or more, simply add it to your watchlist or place an investment. To do this, ensure you’ve selected your Instant GIA account, select an asset in the app, tap the star in the top right corner to add it to your watchlist, or tap ‘Buy’ to place an investment. 

Price Alerts are available for all customers on our Wombat Instant Account. Alerts will be turned on by default for your current assets and watchlist assets.
